Remodeling Construction Manager
We are looking for a remodeling construction manager to run two to three high-end remodels at a time, from design handoff to final walkthrough. This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package, including full benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:
- 5 or more years in residential construction, having run jobs end to end (schedule, budget, subs, and clients)
- Experience with Buildertrend, JobTread, CoConstruct, or similar software
- Knowledge of how a house goes together
- Earns a crew’s respect through preparation and follow-through
- A reasonable commute to Lansdale
Lead Carpenter
We are looking for a lead carpenter to run one remodeling job at a time, from start to punch list. This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package, including full benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:
- 5 or more years in residential construction, having run a job or directed other carpenters
- Known as the planner on site: materials ready and the next trade prepped
- Confident communication with homeowners, crews, and subs
- Comfortable using a phone app for daily logs
- Own hand and power tools, reliable transportation, and a reasonable commute to Lansdale
Experienced Carpenter
We are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package, including full benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:
- 6 or more years of hands-on experience in the construction industry
- Experience in framing, finish carpentry, roofing, and siding
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Knowledge of basic building code requirements
- Must have own reliable transportation and basic carpentry tool set
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with team members and clients
