Eagleville Hall Bath & Powder Room

Project Overview

After successfully renovating their kitchen, laundry room, sunroom, deck, and primary bath, this Eagleville family knew exactly who to call when their hall bath and powder room needed attention. The two bathrooms, used primarily by their two sons and guests, no longer matched the elevated style throughout the rest of their home, and it was time to bring these last remaining spaces into harmony with their updated aesthetic.

The couple sought upscale finishes that would complement their recent renovations. For the hall bath, they had a specific vision of incorporating a vibrant blue tile on the walls for an energetic splash of color. Both rooms needed to reflect the same level of quality and thoughtful design found elsewhere in their home.

Design Process

Custom Craft approached each bathroom with its own character in mind. The hall bath received a complete transformation, replacing the old tub-shower combination with a spacious shower featuring standard, rain, and handheld shower heads for ultimate flexibility. A built-in corner seat offers comfort and convenience, while a shower niche keeps essentials within reach.
The blue wall tile the homeowners envisioned became a stunning focal point, its color variation adding depth and visual interest. Furniture-style cabinetry with decorative posts provides sophisticated storage, finished in Legacy’s Milton door style with cherry wood in Sandy Cove stain. Champagne bronze fixtures coordinate throughout, while hexagon shower floor tiles add geometric charm. The MSI Calacatta Prado countertop brings classic elegance, and a shiplap hook wall introduces practical style. But perhaps the most impressive upgrade is the smart toilet, featuring water pressure and temperature controls, an air dryer, manual and automatic flush options, adjustable seat temperature, nozzle positioning, night light, UV sterilization, automatic lid, and deodorizer for a truly luxurious experience.

The powder room takes a different approach with its own showstopping details. An inset cabinet with decorative feet creates a furniture-like presence, while floating shelves above the toilet match the cabinet finish for cohesive storage. Partial-height beadboard wraps around the room, topped with striking Rifle Paper Co. wallpaper in Hawthorne Black Linen that commands attention. Kahle’s Kennerdell Reverse Panel cabinetry in Maple with Honey stain provides warmth, paired with champagne bronze fixtures and a Carrara marble countertop. Modular stone-look flooring ties directly to the kitchen renovation, creating seamless flow between spaces.

"Every person working on the project was personable and professional. They all went above and beyond my expectations."
