George Foering

President

George graduated from Lansdale Catholic High School and attended Bloomsburg University, where he played basketball. George’s enthusiasm for construction and desire to bring his unique ideas into his work led him to establish Custom Craft in 1982. George’s specialty is his ability to draw from his vast experience to develop innovative, functional solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

Out of work, George can be found fishing, playing and coaching basketball, and participating in outdoor activities with his family.

Mike Foering

Vice President; CR, CAPS

Mike’s a Lansdale Catholic HS graduate, and earned a degree in engineering from Penn State University in 2003. After working for a few years as a design engineer outside Baltimore, Md., Mike moved back to the area to be closer to family and the family business. Mike has applied his process-oriented, engineering background to enhance our day-to-day operations.

Mike’s an avid golfer and fisherman in his spare time.

Brittany Murray

Design Manager

Brittany has an interior design degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and has more than a decade of residential design experience.

When she is not a work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Joe, and their family and friends.

Matt Hill

Production Manager, CLC

Matt joined the Custom Craft team in 2004 as an apprentice carpenter. His knowledge and experience has grown, and he’s become a vital member of our team.

In addition to being a talented carpenter, Matt also is an avid outdoorsman. He spends much of his free time on a hiking trail or kayaking local streams and lakes.

Scott Bicksler

Scott’s wide range of experience in the construction industry has given him a great knowledge base to do his job with precision and accuracy. Scott has a genuine interest in the process of crafting beautiful things — even taking up woodworking as a hobby.

A Bucks County native, Scott remains close to his roots and lives in East Rockhill with his children, Lukas and Zoë. Together, they enjoy camping, fishing, kayaking, and nearly everything else in the great outdoors.

Rebekah Gruber

Project Developer

Rebekah’s passion for design began in her childhood, inspired by her father, a residential builder. This early exposure to craftsmanship shaped her love for architecture and design. With over 25 years in the industry, Rebekah has become a trusted expert, focusing on building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service.

Outside of the office, you can find her enjoying outdoor adventures, fitness, family time with her partner Chris, her oldest Nate and triplets (!) Hailey, Corinne and Ty, their five dogs, and riding her motorcycles. 

Julie Novak Stafford

Senior Designer

Julie has a degree in interior design, and has specialized in kitchens and baths for the past 21 years. She is passionate about her work, and enjoys the design process with our clients. Outside of work, when not designing amazing spaces, Julie loves to spend time with her family hiking, kayaking and taking photographs.

Grace Arndt

Designer

Grace has a Masters of Interior Architecture  from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, and a Bachelors in Fine Arts.  She has 10+ years experience in kitchen and bath design.

When not at work Grace enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her husband Nate.

Financial Coordinator

After working as an event planner, Barbara changed career paths to work with her brother George as part of the Custom Craft team. Barbara is responsible for the daily administration necessary to keep Custom Craft’s projects running smoothly. Barbara’s experience as an event planner has given her a knack for understanding and responding to our customers’ concerns.

When not working, she enjoys trail running on Forbidden Drive, and spending time with her five grandchildren.

Office Manager

A Pittsburgh native, Megan moved to Philadelphia to attend Temple University. She has extensive customer service experience, and previously worked in office management for a luxury jeweler. With her attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills, Megan is an asset to our rapidly growing organization.

Outside of the office, Megan enjoys playing golf with her husband, Joe, and spending time outdoors with their three dogs.

Tara Barry

After a rewarding journey as a stay-at-home mom to two incredible daughters, Tara is excited to be a part of the Custom Craft family. With a diverse corporate background in marketing, public relations, and event planning, Tara brings her unique touch to our team.

Outside the office, Tara finds joy in spending time with her daughters, travel, exploring new cuisines, exercise and practicing yoga.

Mike Jones

Lead Carpenter

A finish carpenter by trade, Mike joined the Custom Craft team in 2007, Mike’s talents have expanded to include many other aspects of the remodeling trade. When he’s not on a project site, Mike can be found with his wife, Lisa, on a camping or fishing trip.

Kory Remick

Lead Carpenter, CLC

Kory joined the Custom Craft team in 2011, and he promptly became an integral member of the group with his quick-to-learn attitude. Kory has a background in cabinet construction but quickly become proficient in all aspects of the remodeling trades. In his free time, Kory enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family and friends.

Jason Moser

Lead Carpenter

Jason graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 1997, with an associates degree in electronics. He earned the Certified Green Builder certification from NAHB in 2012. Prior to joining Custom Craft in 2017, he honed his craft for several years working as a carpenter.

Nathan Mitchell joined our team in 2014. Prior to joining Custom Craft, he had three years of tech school experience at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology along with years of experience in a wide range of construction jobs. He’s always ready to learn more. When he isn’t working on his carpentry skills, he is usually exercising his brain by playing guitar and video games.

Kevin Feiller

Carpenter

Kevin grew up in Oreland, part of Springfield Twonship, Montgomery County.  He is a graduate of Orleans Technical College of Philadelphia.  He has been working in the remodeling industry since 2017 and is always looking to expand his knowledge.  When not at work, Kevin enjoys hiking in the different State Parks, and forests.

Clarke Ott

Carpenter

Clarke joined the Custom Craft team after graduating from North Montco Technical Career Center.  He began with us as a co-op student and has gained valuable knowledge working alongside the rest of the team.  Outside of work, Clarke enjoys snowboarding and riding his dirt bike.

Chris Lardiere

Carpenter

Meet Chris, one of our talented carpenters with a heart for craftsmanship and a love for the outdoors.  Chris brings over two decades of experience in trades and residential construction to our team.  A proud new father, Chris finds joy in family time with his wife, son and two dogs. He enjoys exploring the outdoors: camping, hiking, mountain biking and the beach.

Shawn Greaser

Carpenter

With over 20 years of carpentry experience, Shawn’s passion for the trade began at just 12 years old. Specializing in finish work, he takes great pride in his craftsmanship and has a keen attention to detail, ensuring that every project is built to last. He feels fortunate to work alongside a team of talented, like-minded builders at Custom Craft. In his free time, Shawn enjoys working in his garage and spending time with his family at the lake.

Dakota Rohrbaugh

Carpenter

Dakota joined Custom Craft with five years of hands-on experience in carpentry and remodeling, beginning his career shortly after graduating from high school in Lancaster County. Dakota continually seeks to broaden his industry knowledge and is currently pursuing certifications at North Montco Technical Career Center. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
