We don’t provide single, trade-specific services like painting, plumbing, electrical or landscaping. All of these services — and more — will be done as part of your larger renovation or addition project.
What's Your Timeline?
So many people want to start construction NOW. But a lot that has to happen before the first nail is hammered. It takes time, as well as careful planning and consideration. A remodeling project is a big deal. A variety of factors will influence your timeline, such as:
- Design & Development – The design and development step can take as little as a few weeks for a basic bathroom, up to 2 to 4 months and sometimes more for larger and more complex projects.
- Preconstruction Planning – Minimum of 3 weeks for township permitting but can be longer if specialty materials or fixtures are required. Most cabinetry is 4 to 6 weeks. Windows and doors can be 2 to 6 weeks. We won’t want to start until we’re ready to go.
- Construction – Construction averages 2 to 3 weeks for a basic bathroom renovation up to many months for additions and more complex renovations. We’ll review our schedule with you at the outset so you can plan accordingly.
When we take on a project, we do it right. Great design and craftsmanship takes time. At the end of the project, it’s worth it all.
